The first centaur president will lament the fact that nobody who voted for him bothered to vote for any like minded individuals in other government positions so he could even get hope to get anything he wanted to done. As is the way with many presidents. They'll spend 4 to 8 years butting heads with obstinate people, and anything they do actually accomplish will either be largely forgotten or undone by someone who steps up to the plate later.
