Well, Champion scans has not had a good month, they're not doing so good financially or mentally. They might actually disband, but it's more likely they're changing their Scanslation group name.
Personally, I think Sir Champion is a lying jackass, and bullies other Scanslation Groups, so just know I am extremely biased against Champion scans.

The Scans Group name change is to dodge the backlash from leaving Mangadex. What type of Backlash? All of the above. Fewer donations, lots of angry people and comments, etc.

They also got temp banned off R/manga reddit temporarily for Patreon Paywalling early access to High quality scans, that did not help their financial situation.
