Chapter Comment Section Structure Suggestion

1. Make it so that it will load in a long strip
2. Give it a sort option, i.e.
[ol]a. Sort From Last Comment
b. Sort From New Comment[/ol]
3. Give it a next/prev button to navigate the next/prev comment section of every chapter
4. Report button color is horrible, it's too strong, keeps pulling my eyes to it.

@Jiking Which theme are you using when you're talking about the report button? We have 7 themes and the color is different between them.

@Plykiya I'm using the Dark Theme. What i mean is the font color and flag color. Wish it had a shade close to gray, like #ccc or #3C6478.
