Chapter comments sometimes doesn't show up (or possibly removed)

Per title, sometimes comments I made in for a chapter doesn't show up or shows up late. Anybody else seen this before?

I sometimes get the same problem refreshing does the trick for me.

Yep, confirm this too, maybe is related to the recent lag the site is affected.

This but on forums. Refreshing always fixes it but it's kinda annoying especially when my chrome lags
