Let scanlator groups show the status of how far they are into the process of releasing the next chapter.
I know this won't be used for organised groups that release precisely on the same day every week, but more for smaller groups with one or two people who release once every two or three weeks approx and want a way to communicate to their readership when the next chapter is coming out without having to create and maintain comments.
something along the lines of:
You can see the next unreleased chapter in the list, greyed out, but instead of having an uploader, age and views, replace that with a percentage complete, or, even better, a list of stages like
cleaning => redrawing => translating => typesetting => proofreading, with one of the phases being accent colour to show that it is the current one.
