Chapter View Issue

For "The Reincarnated Inferior Magic Swordsman" some people are reporting issues about the chapter view. Chapter 10 is unavailable for some, and according to one comment, chapter 12 replaces chapter 10. I don't know what the issue is since it isn't a problem for me, does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

perhaps its the .gif first page in ch 10

Someone commented on chapter 10, they blocked the group (FLAME-SCANS)

So this issue occurred because the partner group was blocked? WIll it be resolved if they unblock them?

I tested, yeah. To add more details, you can still view the actual chapter while blocking them if you have the link, but the listing is bugged. That or the fact you still can view the chapter itself is the bug.

blocking groups doesnt play well with groups that joint release
