@Aslinn: Well, Dan didn't intentionally harm others to test her for one.

He simply tried to find someone who resembles her to keep him company for a bit so he can sleep, and his people also pay the 'victims' for the hassle.
And even when he had reason to believe Aria is Charlotte, he went along with her insistence that she is Aria.

Even that other disciple who might've made deal with demons tried to just watch over and protect her.

Where as this guy:
Threatened war to force her to appear.
Teleport bystanders into a dangerous location just to test her.

Dude's psychopath. And a part of me wonder how/if the remaining 2 girls will out psycho him.

Wow... this situation is beyond the realms of any diplomatic immunity. Faulty teleportation gate, despite being able to coach their way into Marveil. Teleported incorrectly to an area with a monster that can murder guards and a protected guest.
