I couldn't understand how the series is over already, so I did some digging into the author's twitter account and found this tweet in March:

"The new volume will come out on April 7th! The sales will decide whether I can continue to draw the series. Please keep rooting for me."
And considering that I couldn't find any follow-up tweet and the author's twitter is now advertising the new series, I'm afraid it got axed
