If I'm not mistaken, chin chin is an onomatopoeia for the sound of an animal, like a dog, begging. Kemo is animal. The title kinda throws you off because chin chin is in hiranaga while kemo is in katakana. For sound, they usually use katakana. I just didn't know a good way to translate that into English.
