I don't think Kuno is even having visions anymore. These are completely reasonable things to conjecture might happen in the near future.

She just thinks ahead, gets psyched out, and causes her "visions" to happen bc she put the idea into her own head.

tl;dr: Kuno makes self-fulfilling prophecies.

She pinpointed the time of call she wasn't told about, only missed the AM/PM distinction because nervousness.
Normal people don't do that.

I assume she's also had other visions before all this and we just haven't been shown them. If this wasn't a four page per chapter series I'd want some of them but for now I think we can rely on the vision of the phone call and running into him at the park which was also seen with a time.
