Poor Satake... was only used to help the one she likes finally get her beloved Sayo to move. But imagine that happening meters away of the so called charm...
Tho still, 10 yrs is so long and 0 progress... must had been really painful for Ume. Nothing like losing something to realize u miss it. Satake only took less than a yr to make her mind.
