Tbh, i still don't see how she hate MC that much. Like, she not even do this to the ex or anyone but. They fighting over small thing honestly come from her treatment for him first. The only legit reason i can think of is MC getting close to the senpai, in yuri sense

The kid while immature ( Honestly, most of the problem come from the heroine, mangaka acknowledged that ) still a good person at least. You may don't like him as a character. But that not how you treat other. He and she aso never have developt to such a conflict. All he do till now have nothing to get such a hatred. He in good term with boss. Only together, they always fighting in the very plot device way.

That is simply a hypocrisy fallacy. You don't really need to "be in any sort of position to judge someone [by rudeness]." (a sentence that makes no sense mind you); what exactly are you doing if that's the case anyways? Seems pretty hypocritical to me. Judging is a human, instinctual part of everyday life, you're judging her, you judge the people you see online and IRL, whether you know it or not; it's human nature. And you likely do it from a very isolated and ignorant position. At least be self-aware enough to acknowledge it. Saying it's wrong or people should do it is ridiculous.
You don't really get to dictate how other people (fictional or otherwise) behave or what is right. And like I said, some people just hate each other, some personality types do not mix. The boss is irrelevant. The primary concerns are the laws, and how the people involved feel, and since neither of them (the law or the people) have too much of a problem with it, you don't have much ground to complain other than your moral opinion which you seem eager to foist on them and, in my opinion, doesn't seem to have much ground.

@Yautja I mean "some personally do not mix" is can work. the thing here is we have the context, it is a story you follow from the start. And i say it don't show enough of how it start to lead to this.

Bad impressions are irrelevant and have nothing to do with conflicting personality types. She knows him know and still dislikes him. How much "they have do with each other" is irrelevant. Him going after someone she likes just adds fuel to that fire.
