City Hunter - Vol. 33 Ch. 180 - Set Sail To Hell

I was wondering why Umibozu had injured his eyes back when he still active in military and suprisingly the one who injured him was City Hunter back he was serving under Kaibara.
Thats the main reason why both of them always saying 'we still have score to settle' which means both of them was involved in that tragedy
 
I kind of forgot about this arc because it was never animated and the last time I actually looked through my copies of the manga was probably 10+ years ago.

If the Angel Dust is new information to Umibozu, then there must never have been a relaxing moment between him and Ryo. Every meeting must have been them measuring each other, waiting for the other to attack 😐
How Umibozi must feel for have directed his anger towards the wrong person 😟

Of course Kaori isn't nervous when she has her anti-pervert-arsenal with her 😄

Kaibara must be very confident in himself since he sends his soldiers home 😓
