By face the woman at the motel at the end looks like ex wife, but the hair colour doesn't match at all.

Maybe it was a flashback of her past before meeting her ex-husband, she was a prostitute or hostess or something like that. That would be likely to add some drama. Because at this point we still don't know anything about the past of MC and ex-wife, like how did they meet, how long have they been together before marriage etc.

No I actually checked it directly after posting my comment, it's not the whore rival of FMC. Face and hair colour do not match. Then I checked some spoilers and it's supposed to be just a random thot.
