Comments in comment sections of deleted chapters have different URL then section itself :fixed:

As it turns out all comments in this section have URLs like this

https://mangadex.org/thread/19976/PageNumber/#post_Id

Substituting section id in comment URL doesn't seem to work.

Issue is an off by one error with notification system. Whenever someone is mentioned by the 20th post on a page (pg. 4 in this case), the generated link for the notification points to the next page (pg 5) instead. So the corrected url is https://mangadex.org/thread/19976/4/#post_1304338

Should be an easy fix

I think it's not exactly an issue with notifications per se, as link is also incorrect on https://mangadex.org/chapter/420606/comments page - direct link to recent valconius's post is
also https://mangadex.org/thread/19976/5/#post_1304338 (as page 5 now exists there is a comment, but the page is wrong).

Your right, the timestamp link is also wrong. A few other generated links seem like they may have it as well.
