Is the third panel a low-key homage to Michelangelo's The Creation of Adam, but with the characters in reverse (since Creepy Lion is made in the image of Creepy Cat)?

So, did the painting come to life because it was of Creepy Cat, the location, or because of Flora?

It's probably because of Creepy but I rather like the idea that Flora is unknowingly creating some of the supernatural weirdness around her. Bonus points if we eventually find out that Creepy Cat is actually a drawing she did as a child that secretly came to life in the past.

I think the painting may have come to life because it had the visage of a demon, buer, which allowed it to manifest. I don't think it's because of creepy because she's painted him before and I don't think that one came to life (or at least I don't remember if it did.)
