Is there any chance of seeing this fully scanlated ? (Or at least, a link for the raws ?)
But while waiting for the final chapter of this manga, I'll give it a note : 4/10.
To make it short, the only good thing about this manga... is Sora no Otoshimono. The best thing of this manga is... well, another manga ! It has references, same universe (pretty much), and litteraly the same character (my boi Sugata) as SoraOto, and this is why many readers (including me) read this.
But besides... well, nothing much. Characters aren't very attaching, plot isn't so good. Art style is meh (it's my opinion though). The setting is a bit uninteresting (a elementary schooler who becomes a magical girl... ok ? Cool plot for a low-cost TV show), and many plot holes exist. The series try to be funny and serious at the same time, and it gives some weird situation where you're concentrated/sad when you're supposed to laugh, and laugh when you're supposed to be sad/concentrated. The whole story is just weird, with strange creatures and obscure mechanics that are left unexplained : it's fairly frustrating to not know what the heck is happening.
I"ve read quite a lot of series like this one. It's quite a chore to be honest, and you're only reading it because of something you absolutely want to see (a satisfying ending, cameos, or in this case, you just want to get a little more of Sora no Otoshimono after binge-reading it like a mad man, even though you knew you should've read slower....
).
And since you can't read the end of it, this manga gets very disappointing.
So, tl;dr : if you liked Sora no Otoshimono, you might (might) like this. If you like magical girl stories with ecchi/harem elements and frustratingly uncanny plot elements, then you might (might as well). Otherwise, you'd better avoid it.
