@cloverys their houses face against unbeatable Echil on the West and Hayasa on the South. They can't win one fight against Echil and Matisa made non-aggression treaty with Hayasa. Western houses can't war, win merits and gain riches, so they're mad at Matisa for putting them in that situation.
