This looks like a variation of the common theme of the underdog who makes a pact with a strange entity and gains power from that.

There's a ton of webtoons like that, but that doesn't mean execution doesn't matter. I've included the link to the raws and the Naver thumbnail picture suggests an element of (dark?) humour. If so, it's right in my area of interest.

The first chapter was solid. The art is simple and easy to edit, so maybe we can dare hope the scanlation group will be able to keep a nice pace even redrawing SFX as they are.

i think execution and story is the most important part, a manga that isn't executed well or doesn't have a good story usually wont get popular even if it has good art,on the other hand you have manga like opm and mob 100% with childlike art being widely successful .

Yea, i'm getting those vibes i got from ONE, someone whose art isn't amazing, but the pacing and paneling are fantastic. it's a bit edgy but the entire exchange in ch.6 feels like it's paced absolutely perfectly.

@nedmak I would also love faster releases, but give them their due… their translation and edition are near professional-level. They do all the SFX, typesetting and redrawing. Their TSer is fantastic, but for a few slips in perspective. It takes time to achieve this quality.
