You should decide whether your domain is mangadex.org or www.mangadex.org.
For the other domain you should set a redirect. At the moment both are possible.
A unique domain is also important for SEO.

I don't think SEO is important for a site like this. See: announcements related to traffic levels. If you look at the Logo at the top left, they've chosen to go without the www.
