Delete Read History

Is there a way to delete the recent read manga history?? Will it be removed if I clear my browser cache n history??

@Eve93 Unfortunately no, to both of your questions. As far as I know (Google search MD thread and reddit), mods don't answer this question along with suggestion to change the reading history system either.
