@LaDeeDah I suppose, but I'm guessing they have no other options. the official is wasting their resources and time and they have no way to stop it. I wonder if they've tried pushing the problem to someone else tho. The classic "we may not have the ability to fulfill your request but [name] may be able to" works like a charm.
