I do that with my glasses when changing.

@lightingcloud I do it all the time, you just pull the neck hole away from your face in the front and kind of look down as well, so the shirt doesn't hit your glasses. If you mess up, you will end up pushing them against your face and making a mess, but it's not hard to avoid that.
