Being able to be active in time pause is a passive for time pause users, and breaking time pause has never used dice in the past.

Yeah I'm aware that unpausing is free but I distinctly remember him encountering another time pause user for the first time and being like "huh? I didn't pause time" and noticing his dice draining.
So without dice he should've been frozen in time and unable to unpause it. Don't remember when exactly but I think it was at (a) school during some sort of game and I think it was Mooyoung entering the premises at the school gate? It was a long time ago.

@tsunamininja the only time pause users are Dongtae and Mooyoung. You also have the scene wrong, it was Dongtae that used time pause and Mooyoung that released it. Ch.251.
Unless there was another time that happened, you can link the ch.
