Different keyboard layouts support for reader navigation

Multiple keyboard shortcuts in the reader are based around WASD. This only makes sense if you use a QWERTY layout. Not everyone does, though.
It would be good to implement different layouts support for these shortcuts and have an option, in the Reader settings or User settings, to choose the layout.
