Disable viewer highlighting

I am a mobile reader, and i often end up accidentally highlighting the top of the page by accident. I was wondering if it was possible to make a tiny change in css to disable highlighting of the reader images/scroller. It is User-select, which according to https://caniuse.com/user-select-none, is supported by most browsers

In case you're not using Tachiyomi or a similar manga reading app, you should use one. Especially on iOS.

Or you can use Stylish and make literally any local css rules. So your random whims won't interfere with other user experience.

i am using mangadex on safari. And how can disabling the highlighting of images, impact others’ experience?
