It'd be nice if only display English scans by default, & other languages based on their respective country ip address.

Site language is currently automatically detected and changed via IP with English as a fallback. Unsure if that also applies to the filter.

To my knowledge, there'll be a dedicated setting for setting a default language in the future. It's partially implemented now but it'll be improved upon.

The filter setting defaults to "All languages". This encourages people to make an account, as they gain the ability to store their filter setting.

The display language defaults to whatever country your IP is, with English as a fallback. This can also be set with an account.
