Honestly surprised he hasn't gone "missing" sooner considering to outsiders he's just a stray dog wandering the streets. I'm assuming someone saw him and took him to a pound or adopted him or something like that?
It was nice to see him be less cynical and care for Seunghee. Judging by his reaction to the accident 4 years ago I'm willing to bet he knows more about it than he's letting on.
