So now I'm wondering if Dogeza-kun was reincarnated into the elf village of this isekai world in the past, then re-reincarnated into our world for the school dogeza opportunities, then re-re-reincarnated back to the isekai world where we find him recognized a Dogeza-sama. Sort of like Parallel Paradise, but with a more coherent plot premise.

hmmm, there is something that i have noticed for a while now about elves in various mangas:
1) they are beautiful (already established fact from a very long time ago)
2) they have high affinity for magic (also well known already)
3) they are freaking dumbasses!!! (this is what im talking about)

bitch already knew about the dogeza stuff and yet went along with the guy and even called him DOGEZA sama!!!
