@FlowGore the fact that this is the first time in a back and forth premise comic where I've seen a fence actually question and try to background check the wonders coming through the door, I'm personally willing to overlook the bad science. I'm actually curious why the bars don't have serial numbers since that wouldn't just stop being a thing. Maybe more bad science, with them oxidizing/wearing away.

Whatever the apocalypse was, it seems to have hit REALLY fast, possibly with a slow build-up if private collectors were able to stockpile their shit, but then not move it to actual safehouse...
