Bandai looks more like an effeminant man than a woman to me. In any case, wonder why the villagers haven't noticed that everyone locked in the shed dies/disappears soon after. Since MC didn't react to Kanekozo I'd say Kanekozo isn't an evil demon although definitely supernatural. Considering MC's reaction to Bandai I'd say she's one of the demon's he's looking for pretending to be human. Although don't know why didn't attack her but will hopefully explain why he reacted to her and let them be locked up in the shed.
