This is becoming less and less interesting. This new character is so incompletely evil that he should have a moustache to twirl. Purposefully withholding information so another surgeon will fail, so he could swoop in and complete the operation when it is commonly accepted that the information says that the tumour is inoperable. There is no way that someone could get to this level of idiocy without already leaving a trail of dead patients behind him. Between him and the Journalist that did not think to question anything about his sister's death other then what was told to him by the only other doctor on duty the night his sister died. Seems like all Dr. Goto has going for him is being mildly competent in a world where everyone else is not.
