@Tcof goku probably thought those who were turned into candies could still be inside Buu, but was quickly dismissed by the Buu, who then said that fat buu is special.
What Evil Buu said implies that the others who turned into candies were either killed or eaten.
@Damoon is right, but just to clarify in case you still need it, "other ones" means the other people who got turned into candy, not that there were more Buus.
