Thanks for the translation, but for the future, instead of keeping the Japanese for "Welcome Back/Home" and "I'm back/home" just say it in English. We might lose the informal/formalness of it, but i think most readers can infer when it's formal and when it's not.

Author 1st started writing from Jul 2014-Sept 2015, but then dropped the story afterwards.

They only resumed updates 3 years later in Sept 2018, shortly before LN Vol 1's release in Oct 2018.

Basically they're an indigenous people from Nepal and the Himalayan region. Because of their skills in mountain climbing, they are most well known for being porters and guides for foreign mountaineering groups.

In this case, author envisions our lead as a dungeon porter.
