man he must be thinking he could easily kill them if he wanted to be so relaxed and talk while fighting.....and now he gets shot and maybe even killed(not rly , hes MC) or captured lol

Th is is so incredibly dumb, the mc gets so angry he hits and just allows someone to be killed because he lied and is a slavetrader, but the elves who just randomly tries to kill him for trespassing he's worried about hurting
Either the author has no idea about ethics in a world with a different basis than us, or he just doesn't care about character consistency
