Easier to notice notification icon.

I'm on mobile phone. It hard to notice the notification icon until I revealed it. Seriously, the last notification I got was from 3 days ago and I had checked it minutes ago.

The suggestion is "make it easier to notice". Put it on navigation icon one this one here:

The similar example is discord notification. You can easily noticed an notification.

This suggestion is in keeping with the idea of the social aspect (“community”) being an important part of MangaDex.
