good, my doubt is that I want to upload chapters in joint with another group and it is not possible because it says that my group has the joint blocked ..

I suppose it is about this and I wanted to know how I can change this configuration

I think you have to go to your Group page, edit the Group Info window, and uncheck the Upload Restriction box and save.
