According to their blog post:

Sorry for the long wait! We're bringing back Erito Omega. This is the first chapter of volume 3. Although, half of this chapter was previously released as chapter 17. This is because we were following the magazine releases. The volume version has different chapter length, that's why the numbers don't match.
