This is sequel of Ore wa Ninkimono. OwN is from Suzuki's POV, meanwhile BnW is Ogasawara's POV. I still can't decode "the drink" in the cover. I'm sure this has significant meaning. That 666 bag means Ogasawara= evil. The 
= Suzuki and that shoe is Suzuki's. Ogasawara sits on head (Suzuki's head) will lead into him (Ogasawara) getting hurt. Probably that's the meaning or probably not.
The drink in the cover probably has similar meaning with the water in omake of the prequel. Can't decode it either(╯ರ ~ ರ)╯︵ ┻━┻
