Excluding title from update list

Here is the problem:
In settings you can choose languages in which manga will be showed if you enter the latest uodates...
But is there a way to exclude certain titles from being showed on this list (like I've checked manga and decided I will not read it so I'm not interested in its updates)?
I do not want to exclude the whole genre (I know this CAN be done from advanced settings) I just want to exclude specific titles.

I thought maybe following those as "dropped" could have this kind of side effect, but it propably won't...
