Expanding Follow List Import Capability

Currently, the follows list import tool only allows for importing Batoto follows. Would it be possible to implement a follow import tool/ bulk follow tool similar to MangaUpdates' where users can paste a list of series titles that are added to their follows list as long as the series are in the Mangadex database?
Only around a quarter of my followed series on MU are on Mangadex, and I don't have time time to search for each series on my lists and add it to my Mangadex follows. I'm sure there are other people in the same situation.
