Extended Manga Tracker Support

Add the link of the manga tracker in the information section, not just MyAnimeList. Example, AniList link or Kitsu Link. Users can report/submit the link for the specific manga. I think that would be a great help even when there's really no built-in tracker support yet. It would be very much appreciated.

@KeiznKlei We'll be adding all of the Anilist and Kitsu links automatically. No need to worry.
