I never thought about how Servants would eat when wearing aesthetic armor, but I guess it would make sense that Ozy would have to take the sleeves off his inverted shirt so it doesn't get dirty

Honestly, Caesar did nothing wrong. He was over a millennium after Ozy, and went to Egypt under a completely different dynasty, so he couldn't reasonably be expected to know what Ozy would eat. Nitocris was even older than Ozy, so you'd think she'd point out that she didn't recognize the foods, but I guess she assumed they came to Egypt after her, but before Ozy.

The best kind of stories are stories where the characters are usually killing each other wind up relaxing and enjoying daily lives. Not only that, this manga also teach us about food history which I'm sure alot of people are into.
