Too soon to rate, but it's already completed with only 15 chapters, and short ones too.
I don't know what kind of development to expect, but I guess it either has only one arc (and then how is anything supposed to happen between them?) or it has multiple ones and everything will be rushed.

Moreover, 1 month for so few lines of dialogue. That will be one year and a half for something that short... Eh... I think I'll pass.
