Some chapters are so good that you would like to have a permanent bookmark for them to read them again on a later date. Maybe with a little text, so to know what the chapter is about.
Adding some kind of notes to specific manga (although not chapters) is already under consideration, but permanent bookmarks, including with notes, you can already create with your browser.
