Filter MDList

This might be answered somewhere but I can't search (since there's no search forum option) for it since you guys are postponing forum changes until after v4, so...
I have Filter Languages set to English and Japanese, and that works correctly. I don't see other languages. However, when I refresh my MD list, it shows, for example, SpecOPs Asuka had a chapter update, but when I look, there's no updated chapter. Turns out that the update was that a Spanish chapter was added. Is there any way to make it so the MDList only reports the chapter updates that are in my selected language(s)?

@Ichigo69 There isn't a way to do that as of right now. When we tried to implement it in the past, it crashed the servers. So it was reverted and hasn't been worked on again since.
