Finding German scanlation groups & manga in German

Hello, I am trying to find groups (and therefore manga in this language) that translate into German as I am trying to learn it. But I can't find almost any of those, unfortunately there seems to be no search filters like that on a website... Could you send me some recommendations?

You could try selecting German (and deselecting every other language) in your chapter language filter settings
