Wait, is the Leo and Lisa here refer to "Leonardo da Vinci" and "Mona Lisa"? The look of Mona is pretty similar to the one In painting and Leonardo does live around that time but the young Leo looks a bit girlish that I thought it was a girl for a moment.

Or maybe the author just use the name because that is one of the most iconic thing from the 14s century Italy, so they name it like how Araki name stand after a song.

I saw a story about a medieval estern story? empress with a baby and emporer who really wants her to watch and learn about what the actors/dancers are doing when she s taking care of their baby, and then there was a girl who was competition, but then wasnt.
