Flush cache button accessible to everyone :rejected:

After talking to @Teasday
I had a thought, if that big green button to flush MD cache was accesible to every user how long would it take before it would be pressed?

I also only trolls or temperamental peeps would press the button, so it can actually be a self imposed IP ban, thus destroy MD but only for that user
