Follows and manga page update when it goes official in followed/selected language

When some manga goes official often chapters are purged en masse and almost as often I forget about it. It would be nice if I could see some kind of status update in Follows to know that I ain't getting any more updates here and have to look somewhere else. Some kind of icon in the reading list would be nice too.
As I understand uploaders do that as sometimes I see mangas with official translations having unofficial ones but be it uploaders or some kind of DMCA letting readers know about (possible) purge is useful.
